Justin Bieber drops his second video in as many days as he once again teams up with Don Toliver on his new single - 'Honest'. After sharing - 'I Feel Funny', also directed by Cole Bennett, earlier in the week, JB delivered his forever intended new single - 'Honest' together with it's chilly video interpretation.
Both films were shot on the same set, with 'I Feel Funny' being recorded in-between the scenes of Bieber's new, wintry, video for - 'Honest', a song that extols the virtues of being true to family and friends. The video for 'I Feel Funny', used as a teaser for - 'Honest', started as a joke between JB and director Cole Bennett with the latter explaining - "I went into his trailer and said ‘Remember that song you sent me? Let’s shoot a video for it on my phone in between takes of the actual video.'"
In the video for 'Honest', Bieber, who is dressed in a white balaclava and puffa jacket, takes to the slopes on his snowmobile and hangs out in a rather fine ski lodge as he, Toliver and their partners enjoy the snow.
Aside from Don Toliver and Cole Bennett's contribution to his latest release JB also called out BEAM, the Jamaican-American rapper, songwriter and producer. Justin said that [BEAM] "helped write this song and yeah, once again, his little pockets are crazy and I love experimenting with new pockets, new rhythms. I’m a drummer, so for me being able to experiment with those little pockets is it’s fun." In the interview with Ebro Darden, which airs on Apple Music 1 next week, Bieber also said of 'No Idea 'artist Toliver that - "I just love his melodies these are honestly insane. He has a really amazing cadence to his songs and his music. And I’m just a genuine fan. He’s very unique."
Justin will continue his extensive, CoVID delayed, 'Justice' world tour, taking a one day break on May 15th for the 2022 Billboard Music Awards where he up for an incredible 13 awards!
