Mimi Webb has followed up her biggest hit to date with an emotionally charged, impassioned ballad called - 'Goodbye'. The 21 year old singer-songwriter, from Canterbury in Kent, enjoyed her highest chart position earlier in the year with her huge hit - 'House On Fire' and she looks all set to replicate that with her latest release.
Mimi reached number six on the UK charts with her previous single - 'House On Fire', her biggest hit since 'Good Without' reached number eight last year. Webb's debut EP, 'Seven Shades Of Heartbreak', released via Epic records in late October last year, reached number nine in the UK charts.
After wowing fans across America, Webb is now back in Europe entertaining her hoards of followers. Currently in Germany, after popping back to Blighty at the weekend for BBC Radio 1's 'Big Weekend', Amelia will return to the UK for more festival dates later in the year. The 'Dumb Love' and 'Good Without' hit maker will play The Isle Of White Festival in June, Glasgow Green, Finsbury Park with George Ezra and Singleton Park in Swansea with Anne-Marie in July before heading down to New Zealand and Australia in September.
Whilst juggling a heavy touring schedule, and continuing to release a string of singles, Mimi is also working on her hotly anticipated first album. Earlier this year Mimi said - "We're starting to release singles slowly to grow a nice album. I've got crew in the UK and I'm building one out in LA. It's good to gather my people. I'm working with Lewis Capaldi's team, TMS."
As yet there is no confirmed title, or release date, for Mimi's album but it is thought that she will share her debut full length record at some point this summer.
